		<description>The de-tangling of the lines won't happen for 18 months, but surely the fixing of the hatches could happen quicker. I think my issue is more with how crazy that promise was, and that a train broke down in almost exactly the same way, less than 6 months later.</description>

Is that a problem for Iemma or RailCorp ? More importantly, can anyone make it happen faster ?</description>
