    Oh dear!
    The author of that article forgot one simple thing:
    You can TASTE the difference between coffee roasted (and rested) and then consumed, and coffee roasted, rested, packed (however you want) and then left to sit for 2-3-4-? months!
    The latter tastes stale - because it is.

    And as for comparing coffee to beer or tinned food… no comment!
