If you didn’t know it was there, you would drive straight through Kew on the Pacific Highway, and miss this gem. For some reason, we seem to stop at Kew most trips up the coast, but it’s rare to sit at the feet of the big Axe and stare at it - probably because there’s nothing nearby: just a little cafe/bookstore, and an information centre.
Many, many big things still to visit.
