Is anyone else troubled by this phrase? "this residence offers a uniqueness unmatched"

Funnily enough, at Playgroup this morning we decided that D had sub-ocean views (she views the creek that eventually leads to the ocean). So, not odd at all! K :) PS the property looks to 'busy'... not what I'd spend my $3mil on ...
