Dee'z place, Merimbula

Café aroma coffee. Tiled floor, wooden furniture, and a range of age groups represented in the lunch crowd. Pot plants are hanging from the ceiling.

Staff are friendly, if a little stand-offish: this, though is to be expected when an oafish tourist like myself asks what brand of coffee is served.

Coffee is ready in a flash, with a thick head of foam, and the right temperature for savouring. It's a mild flavour, well suited to sampling with one of the muffins or friands they have in their daily 11am happy hour.
