Truffles café, merimbula

Quists coffee. A tiled floor, some fairly luxurious furniture, and floor to ceiling windows overlooking market street. This café specialises in coffee, cake and chocolates, with a side-line in gourmet food items.





Coffee takes a while to arrive, and reaches the table with a head of froth that varies in texture. It's very hot, but once it settles down, is quite drinkable.

I haven't been down to Merimbula for a while, but I'm looking forward to trying out the new environment, the new Hennessy coffee and the retrained baristas.
